Our Insect Identifier app uses advanced AI technology to recognize and identify insects from photos you take. Simply take a clear photo of any insect, and our app will analyze it using our proprietary image recognition algorithms. Within seconds, you'll receive accurate information about the insect species, including its common name, scientific name, characteristics, habitat, and whether it's harmful or beneficial.

Most of our apps require an internet connection for full functionality, especially those that use AI for real-time analysis like our Insect Identifier and SmartScan apps. This is because the complex AI models run on our secure cloud servers. However, some basic features may work offline, and we're continuously working on improving offline capabilities in future updates.

Our VoiceTranscribe app achieves approximately 95% accuracy in ideal conditions with clear speech. It performs best in quiet environments with minimal background noise. The app supports multiple languages and can distinguish between different speakers in a conversation. For professional or critical transcriptions, we recommend reviewing the output for any contextual errors that may occur. The accuracy continues to improve as our AI learns from more voice samples.

Yes, data security is a top priority at DeepLabs. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. In specific apps like our document scanner and voice transcription tools, your content is processed securely in our cloud and then promptly deleted after processing unless you explicitly choose to save it in your account. To cancel your subscription, you need to follow the process through your app store:

  • For iOS users: Open the App Store → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → find the DeepLabs app subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • For Android users: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find the DeepLabs app subscription → Cancel subscription

Please note that canceling your subscription will not provide a refund for the current billing period, but you'll continue to have access until the end of that period.

Our apps are compatible with:

  • iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or later (iPhone, iPad)
  • Android devices running Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later

For optimal performance, especially with our AI-powered features, we recommend devices with at least 3GB of RAM. Some advanced features may perform better on newer devices with more powerful processors.
